Victoria is a seasoned Film Producer (Documentary) with 31 years’ experience offering a wealth of knowledge in the development and implementation of talent-based film-training (approach, technology, tools and application) in Kenya.

Substantial knowledge and experience in institution direction and management, film curriculum development, budgeting (program based and medium term expenditure framework), communication and public relations skills, film festival organization, training and staff development.

She has a vast experience in entrenching innovation in documentary production through repurposing and revisioning of content to reach wider audiences. Championed the start and subsequent roll-out of Film Marketing and Dissemination Services in the public sector.

She has also engaged extensively in classroom and field instruction training in private universities, public diploma colleges and Kenya’s first film talent training institution, the Kenya Film School. Victoria is a flexible mentor, individualizing intervention strategies and activities for supportive services to serve students. She is a firm adherent of team work, with excellent skills in the use of Zenkit Team collaboration software for project management (project inception, visual scheduling, execution, updating and integration of team members).
