Every individual is born with the ingrained ability to strive to achieve his or her greatest desire. To assist with this ambition, we are endowed with skills and talents that in many ways define who we are. My dream has always been to succeed in a career that I enjoy and that I can contribute to. This chosen career is Communication science and I believe that I have the ability to make a definite contribution. The underling question is what qualities and attributes I possess to make me certain that I could be an asset to a prestigious organization. My belief is that no one can succeed without a vision for the future. To realise this, one must be dedicated and motivated. Throughout my life these qualities have been ingrained. It helps me to look at a problem and work toward resolving it. I am a highly motivated person. In addition, I find fulfillment in working with others to achieve a common goal. This sort of teamwork helps to achieve the best possible outcomes. When in a team there is a need to have a leader – not to dictate but to guide – to ensure that everyone is heard and that everyone is productive. Leadership involves listening as well as resolving conflict and I possess these qualities. I am hard working and love challenges but also strive to maintain a balanced life. This I believe enhances productivity. Creativity and imagination are essential in Communication science. I have an avid sense of these qualities and am capable of communicating these to others in a way that is understandable and illuminates the vision. I am a dynamic person who believes in living life with integrity in everything I do. In addition, I believe in mutual respect that enables me to enhance diversity and seek to enhance my understanding of our rainbow nation. My inherent qualities are a great asset but a communicator should also have the necessary knowledge and skill to ensure that objects are achieved. I have recently graduated from the University of South Africa with a BA Communication science. I am currently working as a flexi-timer sales consultant at Identity clothing store.
